Financial Assistance
& Resources
Personalized Support
You don’t have to figure things out alone. Our trained Advocates listen one-on-one, help you explore options, and identify next steps. They may be able to connect you to financial assistance (when available) for things like rent, utilities, eye care, or transportation. They also provide referrals and guidance for programs like Medicaid/Medicare, SNAP, LEAP, mental health services, healthcare, and job training. For longer-term support, ask about our Family Development Services, which include goal setting, ongoing advocacy, financial assistance, and increased stability.
Call us at 303-665-4342, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm to connect with an Advocate.
