COVID-19: as an essential service, Sister Carmen Community Center is committed to providing assistance to residents of Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and Erie who are in need. In order to keep supporting our community during the pandemic, we have taken steps to keep our staff, volunteers, participants, and the community at large safe and help prevent the spread of the illness. We are updating our policies to reflect best practices as provided by the CDC and Boulder County Public Health:

  • Masks are strongly recommended for all individuals over the age of 2 in all Sister Carmen Community Center buildings, including the Food Bank and Thrift Store.
  • Staff and volunteers are encouraged, but not required, to wear masks when working indoors in close proximity with other individuals.
  • Masks are required for in-office appointments with a staff member if that staff member requests you wear one.

If you are feeling unwell or are sick, please do not visit us in person. We can conduct appointments over the phone or have food delivered. Call (303) 665-4342 for services.
