Efforts to Outcomes
In collaboration with three other nonprofit organizations in Boulder County, SCCC is using a participant management system called Efforts to Outcomes (ETO). Our collaborative use of ETO helps prevent the duplication of services, and increases our effectiveness at delivering those services.

Who We Serve:
- 7,009 individuals in Lafayette, Louisville, Superior & Erie
- 2,256 households in Lafayette, Louisville, Superior & Erie
- 63% of our participants are female, 37% are male
- 65% of our participants report being single or divorced
- 52% of our participants are unemployed and looking for work
- 42% of our participants are working or under-employed
- 6% are retired individuals on a fixed income
- 46% of our participants have no health insurance
- 40% of individuals served are children
- 12% of individuals served are seniors
- 74% of our participants reside in Lafayette
- 18% of our participants reside in Louisville
- 4% of our participants reside in Erie
- 4% of our participants reside in Superior
Our Impact:
- 1,177,534 pounds of food distributed to 2,256 households
- 1,577 households received holiday food boxes
- 147 households received rent & mortgage assistance
- $84,343 awarded in rent & mortgage assistance
- $226,565 awarded in multiple month rental assistance to stabilize 38 families through HPRP funding
- 952 households received utility assistance
- $101,220 awarded in utility assistance
- 490 households received transportation assistance
- $11,100 awarded in transportation assistance
- 200 households received thrift store vouchers
- $13,824 worth of essential items distributed through thrift store vouchers
- 45 households received prescription assistance
- $6,784 awarded in prescription assistance
Individual & Family Advocacy Results:
In 2012 we served 1,226 families in Individual & Family Advocacy, supporting them in reaching their goals of economic stability and self-sufficiency.
- We made 41,126 face-to-face contacts with families
- 592 participants received direct financial assistance
- 384 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of housing*
- 340 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of financial planning*
- 146 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of employment*
- 219 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of food security*
- 468 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of relationship building*
- 161 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of self advocacy*
- 153 households moved positively towards self-sufficiency in the area of public benefits enrollment*
